Scope:
Public Trust Position or willing to obtain one required. Requires onboarding, fingerprinting, training process for PIV card and VA environment access.
- Lead level ITOM CMDB TC to work at direction of customer. Estimating 4 - 8 hrs. a week.
- Tasks to be performed: Tailored guidance for CMDB next steps; driving a healthier CMDB to support other VA outcomes with ServiceNow; development and testing support; user stories, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Required skills: Deep CMDB expertise following leading practices, hands-on implementation support, consultative, team player, detail-oriented, adaptable, prescriptive, understanding of dependencies on platform and support team cases.
