Yoh is looking for a meticulous and highly driven Senior Client Systems Engineer! This role will primarily involve designing, upgrading, updating, and maintaining client systems, as well as deploying new systems and providing training to team members as required. The engineer will also oversee computer operations to ensure smooth functioning, enabling end users to effectively complete their tasks. Title: Sr. Client Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Intune, Jamf, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams video conferencing systems, Slack, O365, and Okta
- Lead new client system implementations and deployments.
- Serve as the escalation point for all issues and requests related to client systems.
- Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 desktop and mobile support for all employee devices.
- Automate, design and enhance IT systems and processes to build a scalable and efficient team.
- Own the imaging and deployment of new Mac and Windows systems.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for users in various systems.
- Conduct virtual and in person onboarding and training for new hires.
- Manage the lifecycle of company assets: procurement, management, and disposal of hardware.
- Support and administer Mac and PC client systems and peripherals.
- Maintain and support conference room AV equipment and applications, including Zoom and Teams.
- Collaborate with the Network Team to support and maintain network infrastructure.
- Address IT-related issues concerning company lab equipment hardware and software.
- Provide support for all company provided applications and tools.
- Participate in on-call desktop support rotation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in IT end-user support with a focus on client systems administration and expertise in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Mac and Windows platforms.
- Experienced in administering Google Workspace to include integrations
- Familiar with OKTA workflows and their implementation.
- Administering experience in Azure, Teams, O365, and SharePoint environments.
- Ability to set up and maintain video conferencing systems such as Zoom.
- Capable of working independently and making informed decisions based on IT best practices.
- Strong communication skills with leadership and team members.
- Excellent at documenting procedures and configurations with precision.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
