Description
Our client is seeking a Marketing Cloud Architect, to drive the ongoing operations of our CRM platform. The platform enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.
What You Will Bring:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery
  • Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, Account Engagement, Personalization, Journey Builder, Data Cloud) and it's related products for our CX, Marketing, and transactional messaging
  • Leads estimations and delivery plans for strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud alongside a trusted Salesforce Partner
  • Design and build technical architecture artifacts to support the implementation plan for SFMC, including but not limited to integration diagrams, solution architecture diagrams, system interaction diagrams, etc.
  • Drive significant improvements in CX and Marketing communication effective through improved design, journey management, personalization, and integrated Salesforce experiences
  • Implement the product strategy, roadmaps, and capabilities for digital marketing experiences and communications.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the SFMC delivery team and internal marketing stakeholders
  • Validate key functionalities, capabilities, and integrations with developers to ensure Accuracy and Effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and optimization of marketing initiatives
  • Experience in developing Data Cloud Architecture and Data Model Setup
  • Familiarity with guidance on data transformation utilizing SF Data Cloud Tools
  • Partner and deliver on data ingestion and integrations in batch as well as API based integration
  • Provide guidance on continued calculated insights, formula field setup, segment creation and activation
SFMC Development
  • Expertise in programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML, CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL, and Query Studio
  • Familiar with Web Service integration languages (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Experience in implementing automated solutions utilizing marketing cloud server-side javascript
  • Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Journey Buildfer, Content Builder, and Others
  • Hands on knowledge with Salesforce, including implementing declarative and programmatic functions
  • Hands on experience with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce data cloud ecosystem
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce & SFMC and how those modules tie into a broader unified customer profile
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent
Stakeholder Management
  • Develop strong partnerships with Marketing Leadership, Technology Leadership, Product Management, and Salesforce engineers to ensure the SFMC always meets and exceeds the business needs
  • Oversee, Optimize, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, Engagement, Personalization, Data Cloud) products utilized by Leasing, Marketing, Communications, CX, Property Ops
  • Engage other Tech, Marketing, and Data platform teams in a continuous feedback loop
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teams
  • Manage delivery related communications with stakeholders, project managers, enablement, business and IT management, and end users
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and data migrations
  • Experience implementing at least 1 Data cloud project end to end
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of SFMC developers
  • Strong organizational skills, can break complex topics into simple actionable messages
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud certifications are preferred
  • Marketing Cloud certifications are required.
  • Persuasive communication skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback, and interaction.
  • Able to work independently and transparently manage time and priorities.
  • A strong desire to continuously learn new skills inside and outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to fluidly code-switch between communication styles and vocabularies as context and audience dictates
  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing and motivating teams on the Salesforce Platform
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Education Requirements
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications Required
Education Preferred:
  • Certified Systems Architect Preferred
  • Salesforce Application Architect Preferred
  • Salesforce Sales, Service, and experience Cloud consultant preferred
