Role: Senior Ruby Developer
Location: : Bellevue, WA 98007 (Remote)
Contract duration :Long Term
Minimum years of experience: 8+ years
Note: Ex Microsoft must with project Manager Reference
Must Have Skills
- C Ruby
- Ruby GEMS
- Docker
- GitHub Actions knowledge
- Monitoring - Tools such as Sentry, Datadog, Splunk
- Knowledge on various ecosystems like npm, GO, nodeJS etc.
- Years of experience: 8 to 10+ years.
Requirement:
- Senior Developer who can drive the assigned work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, planning, and organization.
- Experience with GitHub and preferably Open-source software development
- C-Ruby + good knowledge on any other language (Python, Java etc.)
- Ruby GEMS + knowledge on any other Package Manager (PIP, Gradle, Maven, npm, Yarn etc.)
- Building and/or consuming APIs (like REST, Web crawling, GRPC)
- Familiarity with TDD or BDD (like RSpec)
- Dependency Management (Vulnerability, Versioning like SemVer)
- Containerization knowledge (like Docker)
