Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the development and support of computer systems, networks, and software solutions to meet business requirements. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's technology infrastructure
Develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database and/or system software components.
-Conduct analysis of business problems and lead the evaluation, development, and recommendation of specific technology products and platforms to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements.
-Research and design best fit infrastructure, network, database, and/or security architectures.
-Guide configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met.
-Assist with root cause investigations and provide recommendations for preventative measures.
-Proactively address gaps with existing support processes, documentation, etc. and prioritize accordingly.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelors' Degree Related Field of Study required
Experience in systems engineering, system administration, or a similar role. 3-5 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux), virtualization technologies, and networking protocols.
- Experience with administration and troubleshooting of databases, such as SQL Server or MySQL, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, is desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

M-F Eastern Business Hours required. Hybrid model requires onsite working days weekly at Assembly Row to be determined. Must be flexible for a future state 1-3x per week onsite. Days to be determined with notice, scheduled or variable for business needs. Remote work requires stable, secure, quiet, compliant work station.
