What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Agreement Prep Team, you will leverage diverse technologies to develop and maintain the business logic for our Document Template Library. Your contributions will include writing robust back-end code to support our integration framework with Tier 0 services.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering.

Responsibility
  • Develop and integrate the back-end orchestration business logic for the Document Library
  • Seamlessly integrate with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers
  • Champion and improve development processes by advocating for best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and conducting thorough code reviews
  • Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently


Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years industry experience in Software Engineering
  • Experience with C# or Java
  • Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)
  • Experience with CosmosDB, SQL or Cassandra

Preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET), XML, JSON or NoSQL Databases
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes or Micro Services


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

Washington DC: $134,900.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .
