Title: MS-Teams Engineer
Work location : Newark, NJ (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months+
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MS Teams Engineer to participate in a migration project. The consultant will help guide and implement various MS Teams setup that s beyond basic user migration.
This person much have knowledge and experience around the following:
- Physical phones (poly) implementation.
- Proper security/policies setup for end devices.
- Governance Administration as it pertains to Voice.
- PowerShell knowledge for automation.
- Operator connect SIP trunking setup globally on MS teams side configuration
- Dial plan management practices
- Plugins/adjunct integration like recording bots for Verint
Responsibilities include:
- Operationalize MS Teams Voice into a production ready platform (currently deployed in testing)
- Transition HR / legal / compliance policies from existing Avaya / Cisco into MS Teams Voice
- Testing and deployment planning throughout the rest of 2024
- Template / checklist development to bring on sites and countries in the future
