Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Scientist - IV
They do Ai for marketing and genAI including marketing network services and sales
Focused on B2B High proficiency in python and sql, language models, training and interacting with language models, basic data science skills, training and testing models and go through loop, language models-different than other kinds of ML (run and deploy) Transformer architecture- SLM, LLM, VLM, Embedding Models Ability to pick up new technologies
Data engineering team will setup data, DS will pull it in training and or testing with new models and updating in a loop A lot of coding, database work, agile setup
Talking with project managers and business Building and testing modules for language understanding on GenAI Pulling in marketing info and feeding back to them to design and setup marketing campaigns based on data that they have Survival analysis
Need some cloud experience they use Google Cloud Platform, but azure or AWS is okay too. Hybrid- tue/Thur His preference is Irving, they are basically rebuilding the team...

Responsibilities: Independently work on data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes
Be involved in the design and development of machine learning/statistical models and ensure best performance
Work closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production both in real-time and in batch process and systematically track model performance
Assist engagement with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities
Build strong working relationships and develop deep partnerships with the business
Become a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling Actively research new theories, techniques, and technologies
Must Have Skills:
Proficient in Python and SQL Hands-on experience in database technology (Postgres, Redis, ElasticSearch) Familiarity with transformer architectures (SLM, LLM, VLM, Embedding Models)
Desired Skills
Expertise in API development and container technology (Docker, Podman)
Experience with cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform) and services (BigQuery, google cloud storage, CloudSQL, VectorSearch and so on)
Working knowledge of software development tools and practices (Git, branching model, agile development, Test-driven-development)
Hands-on experience building llm-based solutions such as retrieval augmented generation systems, chatbots, agentic ai tools, and so on.
Education: MS/ PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
