Core Java PL/SQL Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ Hybrid Role Contract

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in software development required
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment sharing knowledge, opinion, responsibility, accolades, and failures as one with the team
• Experience in web application software development required.
• Proficiency in Java, C# or similar language required.
• Proficiency in both the development and consumption of Web Services and RESTful APIs required.
• Proficiency in Relational Database design and development of DDL and DML PL SQL scripting required.
• Experience in SDLC, DevOps processes CI/CD tools, Git, etc required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to document/track work required.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to maintain focus for extended periods and consistent attention to detail required.
• An understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Moogsoft preferred.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Principals preferred.
• Expertise in Spring framework, Angular, and Software System Architecture knowledge preferred.
