RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management - DevOps in Grand Rapids, MI.

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive DevOps Change Champion to focus on managing organizational change, create technical and training documentation, and spearhead process improvement across the Digital organization. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage change initiatives, create and organize content, and lead the team towards successful project completion. If you are a driver who can make things happen with a high level of understanding and move projects forward, we want to hear from you. This role would sit within the Digital DevOps team but push initiatives that span multiple teams across the Digital organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership and Change Management: Take full ownership of managing change across the Digital team, ensuring successful implementation of process improvements
* Content Creation: Develop detailed content and wikis, digging into the weeds to provide thorough and useful documentation
* Establish a DevOps Dojo for the Digital DevOps team
* Project Timeline Management: Set up and manage project timelines to ensure timely progress and completion
* Proactive Leadership: Be proactive in driving initiatives forward, running with set directions, and ensuring the team stays on track
* Organizational Change Management: Dedicate efforts to organizational change management, including Content creation; Organizing and leading meetings; Brainstorming with leadership to set future directions
* Training Development: Create training presentations using MS PowerPoint and present these trainings to various technical and functional teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT is strongly preferred
* Proven experience in organizational change management and technical training
* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
* Experience setting up DevOps Dojos
* Must have experience in organizational change management
* Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager for development initiatives
* Experience creating training materials, wikis, and supporting documentation
* Strong knowledge of IT concepts, preferably in DevOps or Application Development
* In-depth understanding of IT and DevOps concepts
* Strong leadership and proactive management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to create comprehensive training materials, wikis, and documentation
* Experience with cloud development or DevOps projects is a strong plus
* Prior leadership experience is a significant plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
