Job Description:

Responsibilities

Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and potential risks.

Process Design: Develop and implement new or redesigned processes that align with organizational goals and optimize performance.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, and team members, to gain consensus and support for process changes.

BPM Tool Expertise: Proficiently utilize business process management (BPM) tools to model, document, and automate processes.

Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Six Sigma principles and tools to drive continuous process improvement and reduce defects.

Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure process performance, and assess the impact of process improvements.

Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Process Consultant or in a similar role.

Proven expertise in process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies.

Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and tools (e.g., DMAIC, DFSS).

Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, BPMN 2.0).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management experience, including Agile and traditional methodologies.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
