Our Challenge::
The Consultant, Data & Analytics will play a key role in helping clients to unlock the value of their data. The role involves working with clients to understand their data and analytics needs and providing recommendations and solutions for data-driven decision making. The Consultant will work closely with other members of the technology and analytics teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k-$110k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their data and analytics needs and provide recommendations and solutions for data-driven decision making
- Conduct research, analyze data, and develop strategies to help clients unlock the value of their data
- Develop technical specifications, presentations, and reports to support recommendations
- Work closely with other members of the technology and analytics teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and assess their potential impact on clients' data and analytics needs
- Provide training and support to other members of the team as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Data & Analytics.
Requirements:
You are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics
- Strong understanding of data analytics techniques and tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
