Solution Architect - Healthcare

The SA will provide client healthcare consulting services by assessing the client s business needs, recommending and implementing viable solutions, and assisting in managing deliverables to timeline.

SA Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development process and technical skills: You must know the technical aspects of projects to identify risks, propose immediate solutions and provide guidance for the computer system solutions
• Identifying, testing and managing risk: You must identify and evaluate the risk to eliminate or mitigate risk in a computer system or network
• Communication skills: To communicate with all collaborators such as software engineers, management, clients and vendors, you must convey technical language to others often in non-technical terms
• Project management skills: To be able to manage and train staff for software projects and computer architecture projects in a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills: To keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Broad knowledge: of computer software, hardware and computer languages (SSRS, MySQL, .Net, Java, Python script etc.)

• 5+ years of healthcare experience
• 5+ years in Radiology a plus
• Cloud expertise to ensure scalability, security and performance
• Healthcare Compliance & Security experience HIPAA, SOC-2 and Hitech
• Must have worked on complex projects on prem and cloud solutions
• Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, PACS 834, 835, 837, etc.
• Proven knowledge on translating business problems to solution architecture
• Work will vary from designing and building dashboards to providing viable solution options for client projects
• There may be 5+ of these projects at any given time where the resource will need to prepare viable solution options concurrently
• Ability to draft Solution Design documents from Business requirements docs or Functional requirements docs

Solution Architect Education and Training Requirements

• Prefer the candidate have a bachelor s degree or higher
• Require this is in computer science, information technology or software engineering
• Should have some certification in their chosen field from Microsoft and other information technology companies
• Conferences and networking experience is preferred

Solution Architect Experience Requirements

• Must possess at least five to seven years of network administration
• Must possess at least three to five years of additional experience with computer systems, operating systems, security for computer systems and management of databases with experience with hardware and software management
• The SA should have applicable experience with MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.
• Solid experience with system interoperability is needed as well as strong experience working with vendor cloud, on-prem platforms
• We require a hands on SA who can provide viable solution options for each business opportunity assigned.
• This candidate needs to have good interpersonal skills and is required to work closely with other team members in the managed service
