Job Description

Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location- San Francisco, CA
Duration- 12 Months.

Projects:

This work assignment will be under the ITSM Program Service Manager (ServiceNow Platform Manager). Under general direction, the services may include the more difficult and complex aspects of the systems development cycle for ServiceNow including requirements analysis, structured systems analysis, design, feasibility analysis, project planning, system configuration, application development, application implementation, testing, conversion to production status, technical and procedural documentation, user training, and post-implementation assessment and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong background in ServiceNow Platform/IT Service Management and IT Operations Management processes and solution
  • Five (5) years of experience with Salesforce in the development and support of customer applications in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripted APIs using scripted Web Services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS, and SSO-SAML Setup
  • Experience with integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems/applications
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other such technologies
  • Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM core modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Suites of application
