Job Details

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to build and optimize email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
  • This role will be responsible for managing the execution, QA, and ongoing optimization of our consumer marketing efforts to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and creative to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet agreed-upon objectives.
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of content, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization strategies are executed.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Use data insights to optimize future campaigns, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.

ross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with data analytics and campaign teams to refine segmentation strategies and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure campaign execution and delivery.

Process Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign workflows.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, etc.).

Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee campaign QA to ensure that email, SMS, and direct mail assets are free of errors before deployment.
  • Test and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery and accurate tracking.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in marketing operations or a similar role, specifically working with email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
  • Experience working in healthcare marketing
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., SalesforceMarketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with direct mail fulfillment processes and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and data analysis.
  • Experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
