Job Summary
An experienced MS SQL BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Create and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and dashboards.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management practices.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing BI solutions and applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
- Work with large datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues and behaviors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role, with a focus on MS SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and database design principles.
- Experience with SSIS & SSRS is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, DOMO, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
