Job Title: Contracts Generalist (W2 ONLY)
Location: Roseland, New Jersey
Duration: 9+ months contract to hire FTE
Environment: Hybrid (3-4x/week onsite)
Pay: $37-$39.50/hour on W2

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MINIMUM 8+ years experience as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Generalist, Contracts Specialist or related role
- Including 5+ years of expertise drafting and negotiating concurrent complex SaaS/professional service agreements and transactions with strategic business partners/major vendors to achieve technology and product/service initiatives, CRM/long-term relationships, financial gals, risk mitigation/management
- Expertise in: relevant market, industry technology, legal, compliance, business trends/issues/innovation, solutions, and problem solving.
- MUST have proven expertise advising/consulting/communicating with senior leadership and legal team regarding critical relationship and contract issues
