Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Lightning Architect
Location: Remote role

Job Description:
The FSL architect we need should have experience in implementations involving Org Merge, specifically for merging DTV360 (Agent Care) and FSL (Field & Tech Care) Orgs. This is a long-term project spanning over 2 years, focusing on Field Services & Dispatch Roadmap. The specialist should have a deep understanding of FSL, including ESO (Enhancement & Schedule Optimization), Salesforce, and exposure to Salesforce Mobile implementation.
