Job Details

Our direct client is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst for a contract-to -hire engagement.

Proficiency in Xactly commission software is required.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring commissions are calculated and paid correctly, researching and resolving commission issues and answering questions about comp plans. Specifically, you will:
Maintain a deep understanding of Xactly Incent and source data (Salesforce)
Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail
Serve as the first point of contact to the revenue team: research and resolve commission-related
inquiries from the revenue teams (e.g. system access issues, credits and commission calculations
etc.)
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation documents
Set up and maintain all users, including new hires, terminations, and in-year or year-over-year
changes
Accurately calculate commissions and ensure timely payment
Communicate directly with the revenue organization as well as Senior Leadership to manage
expectations and resolve issues regarding compensation.
Make necessary operational adjustments within the Xactly Compensation system including
SPIFFs, bonuses, ramp payments and clawbacks.
Prepare reports showing commissions earned and/or paid based on various criteria
Provide analytical insights into the good and bad of the compensation plans and system.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments as it pertains to sales
compensation.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
