Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. As a Lead .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems and applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to optimize our infrastructure and improve overall system performance. This is a full time/direct hire opportunity and will Lead a team of 2-4 other Sr. .NET Engineers with a focus on hands on engineering 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable systems on AWS
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Develop and implement monitoring and alerting strategies to ensure that issues are detected and resolved proactively
  • Optimize database performance and implement best practices for data management
  • Continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our systems through automation and process improvements
  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all systems and applications are highly available and reliable
  • Design and develop tooling using .NET, Angular, C#, SQL

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field
  • Strong experience with .NET, Angular, C#, and SQL,
  • Experience with AWS and related services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics
  • Experience with optimizing database performance and implementing best practices for data management
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting strategies and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
