Description:
We are looking for multiple W2 & C2C Technical Recruiters(experience ranging from mid-level to Manager Level) who will define, design, and implement recruiting strategies and search engagements for our various direct client roles.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all facets of the recruiting process from sourcing through to the offer, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for each role.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates through external and internal networking.
- To understand the job profile of client requirements such as what is the job responsibilities and skills required for sourcing candidates for the assignment.
- Set up and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers & close hires.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Sourcing through various techniques like Internet tools, referral databases, etc.
- Meet outlined hiring metrics and performance levels.
- Source, identify, attract, and screen top technical candidates, (both passive and active) for a variety of technical skill and experience levels.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, and at least a year of experience in full recruitment life cycle.
- Prior experience working on direct client roles is a must-have.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with W2/1099 candidates if required.
- A superior understanding of all visa types is required.
- Prior experience working on job boards like: Dice.com, Monster.com, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Candidate must be proficient in the placement process through consultative client engagement to meet/exceed client hiring objectives.
- Advanced sourcing ability with online tools like LinkedIn and social media.
- Good Understanding of X-ray search.
- Demonstrates the ability and desire to mentor other recruiters
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified LinkedIn recruiter.
- Familiarity with various ATS like Ceipal, JobDiva, Oorwin, etc.

The applicant is required to have a laptop and high-speed internet connection at home for remote and be willing to work in the USA CST timezone.
