Systems Engineer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer with one of our MSP clients. The company is based out of Spokane, however this position will be a full-time on-site role at one of their client locations in Moses Lake, WA. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in administering and maintaining the clients IT infrastructure, including server and desktop environments. You will be the escalation point for the current on-site team of 3 that are around a Tier II level Help Desk and coordinate with higher level Engineers based out of the Spokane office.

Responsibilities:

Administering and maintaining O365, Windows Server & Desktop environments for optimal performance.

Handling TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, and Exchange operations, ensuring basic understanding and efficient management.

Managing and maintaining VMware environments and basic network technologies such as wireless access points.

Leveraging Active Directory for access management and control across the network.

Providing clear and effective communication to team members and customers alike, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
