Your opportunity:

  • The Digital Advice Offer Management Team defines the Client Intelligent Portfolios experience, driving growth and retention of clients in the Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers and collaborating across teams in the execution and expansion of the product offering.
  • Our purpose is to expand access to quality investment advice through scalable solutions, reaching a much wider range of investors than ever before.


The team focuses on:

  • Strategy & Client Experience Driving the growth and retention of the Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers, monitoring the automated investing competitive landscape and envisioning the future for our Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers within the Client product suite and communicating with and driving education for current clients.
  • Execution - Coordinate with business partners to execute on growth, retention and client/rep experience projects
  • Analysis - Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact;
  • Partnership Working with our technology, product, field, investment, legal and marketing partners to drive growth, retention and support the daily operation of the offer.
    The Contractor will be a part of the Offer Management Team focused on Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium responsible for:
  • Understanding the offer client and rep experience with the ability to drive solutions for enhancements and pain points
  • Drive regulatory communication process and identify pain points and solutions within the process. Support regulatory initiatives for SIP/P. Lead internal regulatory reporting and forums.
  • Oversee the delivery of client regulatory communications and follow-ups as necessary
  • Leading overall business and project planning for client and rep enhancements for the offer, partnering with Technology, Platform, Regulatory, Investment and Field Teams
  • Maintaining and improving internal communications
  • Serving as an SME for the offer across the organization
  • Lead special projects for SIP and SIP Premium as needed, collaborating across the organization in driving results
  • Advise on Remediation plans and client/field communications with partners

  • This role is for individuals with an action bias and the ability to overcome obstacles and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • This role will focus on continuous process improvement on the Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers through a range of efforts including:
  • Defining current-state processes across the offer to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan for contingencies and business continuity while improving efficiency
  • Coordinate responsibilities across cross-enterprise teams and functions
  • Collaborating closely with key cross-functional partners to advance Offer Management and Digital Advice objectives, including Asset Management, Product, Technology, Marketing and Field Teams among others.
  • Developing actionable and easy to understand solutions in addressing issues within the client and rep experience
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and processes in collaboration with partners
  • Getting beyond the initial ask to understand the underlying business needs, critical path, and timeline surrounding key goals

  • Adaptability with a growth mindset who works well in and iterative environment and both seeks and welcomes feedback to improve deliverables
  • A minimum of 5+ years in consulting, strategy, product development, or process improvement preferred, with a Bachelor s degree and validated experience managing complex projects required
