Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the Workday platform, focusing on Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday architecture, integration technologies, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Workday solutions for Financials and HCM domains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core & Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for financial and HR performance metrics
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to Workday Financials and HCM modules
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and functional analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday configurations and customizations
- Stay current with Workday releases, updates, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in Workday development, with expertise in Financials and HCM modules
- Workday certification in Financial Management and Core HCM a plus
