At least 5 years relevant experience required.
Preference on location in this order, Bellevue, WA - Overland park, KS and then remote.
Prior client Experience is preferred.
As a Program Manager, you will lead the Skills Mapping Initiative, ensuring that our employees skills are continuously evolving to meet business demands. You will bring innovative thinking to traditional problems, driving experiment-based improvements and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. Your role will involve close collaboration with executive sponsors, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the skills mapping framework.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor, Control, and Close Projects: Define project goals, scope, resources, and roles (RACI) to execute the Skills Mapping Initiative.
Develop and Manage Project Plans: Establish budgets, timelines, milestones, source materials, and necessary documents.
Cross-Functional Team Navigation: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of the skills mapping framework across the enterprise.
Scalable Program Execution: Design and implement scalable solutions that can be adapted and expanded across different business units.
Vendor Management: Identify, recommend, and manage vendor partners.
Task and Deadline Management: Assign tasks, track progress, manage quality, mitigate risks, and manage budgets.
Communication: Own project status updates, risk communication, and stakeholder engagement.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an SME for the Skills Mapping Initiative.
Business Liaison: Act as a consultant to understand learning opportunities and align them with business needs.
Program Strategy and Client Relationships: Manage program strategy and maintain client relationships.
Needs Analysis and Feedback: Coordinate with stakeholders for needs analysis and feedback on solutions.
Change Management and Communications: Lead change management efforts, communications, and feedback loops related to the initiative.
Event Participation: Lead and/or participate in program kick-offs, events, and other meetings.
Contract and Vendor Management: Manage contracts and act as a liaison between leadership and vendors.
Program Communications: Develop program communications, presentations, and other related documents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-functional processes, partnering with all levels of leadership, business partners, and participants.
Survey Design and Data Analysis: Design and deliver program surveys, analyze data, and provide feedback and results.
Reporting: Provide advanced statistical and status reporting on completed programs to major stakeholders.
