This individual will be responsible for providing support to the IT team, Windows computers, and phone systems.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
1+ year as a support technician
Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and Software
Experience with ticketing systems
Experience with call routing
Preferred skills include:
Strong problem-solving skills
Microsoft SCCM
Active Directory
Ability to exceed ticket closure goals
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
PC and Mac experience
Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and accessories
Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
