The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst for one of our key DHS programs. The HEITS program provides program management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), systems engineering, training, information assurance, Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to IPv6 transition (and beyond), and cloud computing (including classified) capabilities and services.

Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for the development, standardization, management, and security of the company's or customer's PC hardware and software infrastructure in classified environments using commercial solutions. This includes developing, deploying, updating, and supporting custom applications and operating systems (OS) images for desktops and laptops in conjunction with servers, storage, and networks. Develop and deploy standardized client images (desktop, notebooks) using various software development techniques and programming languages such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD), Visual Basic Script, Batch, and PowerShell. Develop and perform software deployments for the installation and configuration of secure access techniques using commercial solutions using various software development, automation techniques, and programming languages.

Qualifications:

It is required that the CSfC (Commercial Solutions for Classified) Systems Analyst has the following qualifications:
Experience performing analysis of classified information systems and network access
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.
Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
Must be able to maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Must be mission-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment.
Must be detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Possess a current Secret clearance.
Education and Experience Level: High School Diploma with 10-14 years of experience; Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience.

It is desired that the CSfC Systems Analyst has the following qualifications:
An active TS/SCI security clearance.
Previous DHS experience desired, but not required

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
