Description
We are looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is a long-term contract position that involves driving organizational transformation initiatives and supporting change management efforts effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on expertise in implementing change processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with change managers to execute and refine the roadmap for organizational transformation.
Develop and deliver presentations and analysis that support change initiatives.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, conduct analysis, and generate actionable insights.
Maintain and update SharePoint sites to ensure effective information sharing and collaboration.
Act as a proactive contributor, performing hands-on tasks to drive change processes forward.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change strategies.
Identify potential challenges and provide solutions to facilitate successful change adoption.
Monitor progress and report on key metrics related to change management efforts.
Provide clear and consistent communication across teams to ensure alignment.
Support the integration of ERP systems as part of the change process.
Requirements
Proven experience in organizational transformation and change management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with SharePoint for content management and collaboration.
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in executing change initiatives and managing roadmaps.
Background in finance or related fields is advantageous.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their role in organizational change.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
