Job Description
We are seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a UKG HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for leading various total rewards projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to schedules. You will also be involved in the administration of the HCM system and the development of reports for ongoing customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in total rewards projects, providing technical expertise and data to build project plans.
Administer the HCM system and ensure its efficient operation.
Provide necessary annual data requests such as EEO-1 data filing, California pay data filing, internal ESG, and AAP data.
Participate in ACA 1095-C and 1094-C processing.
Assist with the employee engagement survey by building the survey, exporting data, and creating presentation materials.
Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries.
Manage the development of reports for ongoing customer needs and find ways to streamline current reporting processes.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer credit records. Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in UKG Ready and UKG Pro systems.
Demonstrable experience in Ad Hoc Reporting and Auditing.
Familiarity with Benefit Functions and Business Process Functions.
Strong skills in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Tableau.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams.
Ability to understand and interpret complex financial data.
Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferable.
Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
