UKG Pro WFM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Project Manager to join our team. As a Sr. UKG Project Manager, you will report to the UKG Services Director. You are responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of UKG solutions for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Our primary objective is to consistently deliver projects aligning meticulously with both our client's requirements and their business needs. This role will require occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop full-scale project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
• Set and manage customer expectations of project deliverables then communicate, as needed, to meet changing circumstances
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption of UKG solutions
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and changes
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and project risk
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in project management, contributing to the enhancement of project delivery methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
• Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings between customers and appropriate UKG Team members
• Healthcare industry experience is desirable
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with ability to work as part of a project team as well as mentor others
• Proven experience in managing UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM projects
• Strong analytical skills and experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports in addition to superb written and oral communication skills
• In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to align UKG solutions with an organization's strategic goals
