Position: Oracle Cloud Technical Lead
Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to join our team. The Oracle Cloud Technical Lead will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud solutions. This individual will lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of cloud-based solutions while providing expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud applications.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Oracle Cloud Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the best practices and methodologies are followed in Oracle Cloud projects.
  • System Integration: Lead efforts for integrating Oracle Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality across platforms.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, etc.) to align with client-specific needs and business processes.
  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable and secure cloud architectures, focusing on performance, scalability, and disaster recovery in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Cloud Migration: Lead and support the migration of on-premise applications and data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver Oracle Cloud solutions that meet organizational goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring they run efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for issues related to Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that Oracle Cloud solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to Oracle Cloud solutions, architecture, configurations, and processes.
  • Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior technical staff and provide training to team members on Oracle Cloud technologies and best practices.
