- Need to be able to pass a background/ fingerprinting/ credit check given CNB.
Duration 6 months contract
Location Los Angeles *ideally somewhat regionally remote, but fully remote working PST for the right resource
Fully Remote PST, ideally regionally remote out of Southern CA
Salesforce BSA (need strong developer background ideally):
- Salesforce exp (need strong technical admin/ dev background in Salesforce)
- Strong BSA exp
- Banking exp
Notes:
- Strong Salesforce Developer background/ BSA
- Banking preferred a lot of terminology
- Need strong technical understanding and in a business, role now is the best fit for CNB.
- Need to know salesforce and be comfortable in front of the business, and users.
- Understanding when to use Chatter, and things of that nature.
- OCM experience/ need to be very engaged in users
- Ideally certifications for Salesforce
- End users 3,700 users (a lot of back-office processes vs sales folks, more direct and cut and dry.
- For Development efforts, need to do what is needed (a lot of folks involved in the solution). Stay within out of the box, buy instead of build if needed.
- 25 custom to 75 standard development
- Sales and service Cloud must (FSC plus)
