Overview of Job Function:

Verint Systems, Inc. is looking for a Pricing Manager responsible for supporting our Sales team with deal pricing and negotiation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a track record of creative deal making in SaaS businesses. In this highly visible role, you will partner extensively with a virtual team including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to help capture, retain, and grow Verint's client base. This candidate should be hyper-focused on achieving the firm's financial and business objectives in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support value-based pricing, execution of sales promotions, and go-to-market initiatives with the goal of company growth and financial objectives.
  • Help analyze competitive pricing and revenue model strategies to stay informed on changing dynamics and industry best practice innovation.
  • Be seen as a catalyst for driving Verint's growth.
  • Communicate pricing insights across the product portfolio and recommend strategic action.
  • Provide thought leadership for the SaaS pricing transformation.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations in ambiguous situations
  • Experience creating and maintaining pricing governance and controls
  • Ability to work with senior leaders to evangelize Verint's value proposition and distill key concepts
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathetic listening, understanding and solutioning
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from qualitative and quantitative sources
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong numerical reasoning skills
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
