Senior Lead Developer

Location: Huntsville, AL / Hybrid Remote

Description:

Seeking a Senior Lead Developer with extensive experience in full-stack Java development to lead our development team. The role involves developing and maintaining complex web and PC-based applications while ensuring high-performance delivery in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile/SCRUM guidelines and best practices.

Mentor less experienced software engineers and participate in code reviews.

Analyze requirements and provide efficient, maintainable solutions.

Facilitate all team events and support software development using service-oriented architecture.

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Experience with SQL Server, source code management tools, and Agile methodologies.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

At least 5 years of experience in Java stack development for complex web applications (JSP, HTML, CSS, JS, MySQL).
