Sr. Benefits Analyst - North America Retirement

Join our Total Rewards team as a Sr. Benefits Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Retirement. Make a difference in colleague engagement across North America by supporting the strategy and management of our retirement and benefit programs. This role includes data analytics, vendor management, program implementation, and colleague communications.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to connect with all levels within the organization, and project management experience. Experience in North American employee benefits is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the global retirement team in strategic efforts and compliance initiatives for North American Retirement Plans and Executive Benefits. Responsibilities include:

-Oversight and project management of annual compliance activities, including financial audits, non-discrimination testing, and reporting.

-Collaborating with vendors and senior management on critical communication/education planning and financial wellbeing initiatives.

-Assisting with plan design reviews, developing proposals, and successfully implementing plan changes.

-Assisting with Merger and Acquisition related activities.

-Preparing regular Committee meeting materials to ensure high standards of governance.

-Working with vendor partners to stay current on legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments, positioning Company plans to lower costs and improve benefits and delivery platforms.

-Coordinating vendor management processes, including budgeting and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

-Developing and maintaining relationships with strategic internal partners, including Human Resources, Benefits Program Management, and Finance.

-Providing analytical and project management support as needed.

Who we are looking for:

  • Good understanding of the US retirement landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with advisors, global colleagues, and other collaborators.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work on competing challenging projects concurrently.
  • M&A experience is helpful but not essential, provided there is a willingness and ability to learn.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, preferably with retirement plans.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, finance, or a related field; or proven experience in a similar role.
