Job Description:
- Help Desk/Customer Support Lead (Senior Project Manager Level 3) must understand multi-tiered help desk operations and will be responsible for supervision of the Help Desk team.
- They will analyse support patterns and share the feedback with the development team.
- They will collaborate with the other Key Personnel and appropriate team members to address recurring support issues via new or revised product stories and design work.
- This person will have experience in technical support in product or project management.
- Experience managing technical support operations
- Skilled in help desk analysis, issue escalation, and user training
- Strong communication and coordination skills
