Job Details

Role Title: Smartsheet Integration Consultant

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 month contract, potential extension

Preferred Location: Remote with some travel to Raleigh if needed

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Consultant to support a project focused on integrating and standardizing tools within Smartsheet. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting experience within Smartsheet and a proven track record of implementing it within Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner. This role involves working on workflows, automation, and seamless tool integration to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

  • Design and implement Smartsheet-based solutions to support project integration and standardization.
  • Develop and optimize workflows and automation within Smartsheet to streamline processes.
  • Utilize Smartsheet scripting (such as Bridge, API, or custom scripts) to enhance functionality.
  • Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, and other Microsoft tools to improve collaboration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized Smartsheet solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working with Smartsheet, including scripting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Smartsheet with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner.
  • Proficiency in workflow design, automation, and process optimization within Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet API, Bridge, or other scripting methods.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 integration tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Previous experience in project management or process automation.
  • Understanding of the need for the tools and integration to be configured in a way to support the PMO
