About the Role:
Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in financial services and expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Google BigQuery? This unique analyst role may be perfect for you! The right candidate will be responsible for building queries, creating compelling data visualizations, and delivering actionable insights. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases
- Create and manage Tableau dashboards to provide visuals with actionable insights
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis
- Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and BigQuery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferred qualifications:
- Domain expertise in Sanctions (if not, experience in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Crimes is required)
- Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
