Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Portfolio Manager Finance and Reporting for a Randstad client in Washington, DC. This role is essential in driving financial oversight, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring robust governance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to lead portfolio-level reviews and governance forums, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting processes to support portfolio goals.
  • Create and maintain metrics reporting and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
  • Oversee project reporting to ensure timely and accurate updates on key initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including actual vs. forecast performance reviews, to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts and manage accrual reporting to maintain fiscal integrity.
  • Lead governance forums and portfolio-level reviews, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
