Crestwood, KY | Digital Technology Operations Specialist | Full-time

We are actively recruiting a Digital Technology Operations Specialist for our client in Crestwood, KY. This is a direct placement opportunity that will require working onsite 5 days a week. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing digital platform operations within our client's organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to provide expert technical guidance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the seamless functioning of digital services.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the technical expert for digital platforms, providing in-depth support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations of digital platforms to ensure maximum efficiency, uptime, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement operational best practices to streamline processes and improve digital service delivery.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics, analyze system issues, and coordinate maintenance or updates as required.
  • Document operational processes, troubleshooting guides, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing digital platforms or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and technologies commonly used in QSR.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical teams.
