Research Technology Project Manager
BCforward is seeking a Research Technology Project Manager to work remote /EST timings
Start/End Dates: 1/20/2025 - 6/13/2025
Location: US - NY - Remote
Research Technology Project Manager
US - Remote, East Coast Preferred
Pay $45-$48/hr/w2
Responsibilities
- Collaborate Research Technology Program Managers and cross-functional partners to maintain, streamline, and operationalize Research Technology Tools and Lab programs and processes.
- Manage multiple projects, work streams, and liaison across functional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives to promote best practices and efficiency
- Facilitate operations by identifying process improvement opportunities through data analysis and maintaining reusable frameworks for tracking and reporting of lab and tooling usage and services
- Support reporting and communication with leadership teams across the organization
- Maintain up-to-date team resources (Documents, Team Wiki, Toolkits, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or project management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management
- Ability to multi-task and autonomously execute on multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and crafting solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences from Engineers, to Vendors, to Researchers
- Track record of building cross-functional relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an early stage project/program development with lots of ambiguity and moving parts
Prior experience working in Research Operations
Proficiency in Data reporting and Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Excel etc)
Education
Bachelor's degree required
MUST HAVE

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Able to analyze some data trend
Working autonomously, ability to communicate well with XFN teams
