Role: Technical Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities
- Technical Subject Matter Expertise:
- Guide business stakeholders through highly technical elements of the sales/support processes.
- Address complex product configurations, CRM consolidation defects, 1ERP workstreams, address validations, and VES approvals.
- Sales Ops Technical Consulting:
- Translate Sales requests into technical funnels with appropriate documentation.
- Convert requests into complete user stories and provide business consulting on next steps.
- System Administration, Licensing, & Documentation:
- Modify system architecture and govern Sales Operations and Sales technologies.
- Fulfill license requirements for Sales and maintain license counts.

General Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, replace defective components.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Install, maintain, and administer computer networks, hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
- Monitor computer systems and network performance.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures.
- Add and remove network access.
- Maintain an inventory of parts for repair needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong technical acumen and experience with Sales Enablement and Customer Success tools and systems.
- Knowledge of industry trends for sales tools and database strategies.
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and act effectively.
- General knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides).
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce as a user; admin experience desirable.
- Inquisitive mindset to improve the sales cycle.
- Ability to work autonomously and make impactful business decisions.
- Expertise in various software applications and business acumen to apply them to business problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with the Agile framework.
- Understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing technical or project management solutions.
- Regular interaction with Sales and Customer Success Directors, Associate Directors, Enablement & Operations Leaders, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, Finance, IT, Business Intelligence, Program Management, and Sales Compensation leadership.
- Ability to see the big picture and potential risks of system interactions.
Education and Certifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or better
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or better desired
