Palantir Technical Lead: The Palantir Technical Lead will serve as the technical authority for Palantir software implementations across the organization. - Develop and implement technical strategies for Palantir Foundry that align with business objectives and IT standards.
- Lead the design and architecture of Palantir solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
2. Technical Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts working on Palantir projects.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, integration, and analytics.
3. Integration and Deployment
- Oversee the integration of Palantir with existing systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flows and minimal downtime.
- Manage the deployment of Palantir solutions across different environments.
4. Problem Solving and Support
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with Palantir implementations, collaborating with Palantir support teams and internal IT for resolution.

Required Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Palantir Foundry, including data modeling, data integration, and data analytics.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Expertise in data quality assessment and performance optimization.
