REMOTE WORK

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years experience as an ERP Functional Analyst in an enterprise level environment
    • Experience working with multiple ERP systems, especially non-SAP ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience migration non-SAP data into SAP GTS
    • From systems like: Quantum, ShopTech, InforCom, Epicor, Baan
  • Experience mining and manipulating data, providing direction to teams on how to massage and format data for GTS or SAP integration.
  • Experience with interface mapping, functional specification writing, and system testing
  • Knowledge of data formats, and the ability to provide guidance to teams on how to convert and massage data into SAP or GTS-compatible formats
PLUS SKILLS:
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems or SAP GTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with the GTS analyst to complete interface mapping documents for:
    • Business Partners (customers & vendors)
    • Products
    • Transactional Data (outbound and inbound)
  • Support the teams through various stages of the project, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Produce design blueprints and technical specifications in alignment with the project architect(s).
  • Write and deliver detailed functional specifications for data transformations and system integration.
  • Participate in the Quality Review process with technical development resources to ensure alignment and accuracy of the technical solutions.
  • Support conversion and testing cycles by:
    • Executing unit testing of ERP systems and integrations.
    • Writing functional test scripts and executing test cases.
    • Supporting UAT test scripting and execution efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging to resolve application or configuration issues in the ERP systems.
  • Document the technical solutions designed as part of the project, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
  • Create training materials and deliver training to over 20 users in partnership with the Global Trade team to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Assist with data transformation, ensuring data from non-SAP systems is correctly formatted for GTS or SAP systems.
  • Provide go-live support and assist with stabilization efforts to ensure ongoing system functionality post-implementation.
