Job Details

A top financial institution is looking for a Digital Content Writer.
Duration- 6-12 months, potential conversion
Location- Charlotte, MN, Des Moines, Chandler AZ. Hybrid.
Day to Day Duties:
Will be drafting and editing user help content in Workday. Will need to understand the changes that are happening from the Product Teams and then make those changes in Workday for areas of the site like "time and absence", PTO, etc.
Will need to perform a PM function and make sure that different groups are signing off on the changes and then relying on another team to get it published live to the site. Will work with the digital channels.
Drafting and editing short form digital content
With the PM function, need to hold people accountable.
