Job Details

Position : Senior Process Engineer / Change Management Analyst
Location : Baltimore Maryland Remote
Direct Client Requirement

Job Responsibilities :
3-4 years of experience in senior role.
Facilitation
Coordinate & conduct meetings with Change Advisory Board (CAB) to discuss changes.
Good knowledge of change management policies
Attention to details
Strong personality
Provide coaching to ensure adherence and compliance of Change Management policy and best practices to promote continuous improvement.
Enforcement of change management policy provisions and practice guidelines across.
Risk and Impact assessment.
Good awareness on cloud computing (not specific about AWS or Azure)
ITIL certification needed.
ServiceNow mandatory
Healthcare/ Insurance not mandatory
