Job Title: Web Project Manager / Web Producer

Duration: 12 Months on w2 with possible extension

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $48-$50/hr on w2

-3 "must haves" on the resume? Strong project management skills, enterprise-class web content management system experience, strong problem solving skills (not afraid to ask questions, dig into issues). That last one is really important. We re in a remote environment so that candidate has to have clarity of mind to ask questions and clarify points using digital options available (Slack, email, etc).

-minimum education requirement: Bachelors in marketing, media, or related field. Will consider less education and more work experience as needed.

Position Overview:

Join Autodesk Construction Cloud as a Web Project Manager / Web Producer and leverage your digital project management and web content management skills. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage and execute web projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance. Job is open for those located in the continental United Sates, but we request candidate work schedule has at least 4 hours overlapping with US pacific time.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Oversee and manage web projects from initiation to completion, including web governance requests.

CMS Expertise

Develop and build new web pages as needed.

Onboard new users, provide basic training, and help self-service users troubleshoot issues.

Maintain and update documentation for best practices and processes.

Localization Support

Manage the localization process and support regional site stakeholders.

Facilitate communication with EMEA and APAC teams, which may require occasional evening or morning meetings.

Personalization Governance

Develop and manage a personalization & A/B testing governance process.

Status Reporting

Provide regular updates on the status of web development projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

Enterprise CMS Proficiency: Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-class web content management systems, with a proven ability to demonstrate CMS proficiencies. Headless CMS experience helpful, but we can train candidates with prior enterprise CMS expertise.

Web Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience enhancing and maintaining enterprise websites with a strong understanding of best practices, including:

Maintaining URL redirects.

Ensuring UX and navigation consistency.

Working with design teams to maintain brand compliance.

Working with web development teams to fix site bugs and build out new functionality.

Regional Site Experience: Previous experience working on regional sites.

SEO Best Practices: Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application.

Project Management: Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time with a bug-free release.

Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar.

Analytics and Marketing Tools: Preferred experience with Google Analytics, and a basic understanding of Marketo and Salesforce.

QA and Proofreading: Attention to detail with experience in proofreading or web quality assurance.

Communication: Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills. You will be working with a broad group of web stakeholders with varying communication styles.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
