  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a data analytics role with proven experience in driving insights from complex datasets.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Expertise in SQL and Python (essential).

    • Familiarity with tools like Databricks and Tableau.

    • Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, time-series).

    • Machine Learning proficiency, with hands-on experience applying models to practical scenarios. Experience with NLP text mining and an interest in LLM applications.

    • Analytical Skills:

      • Fluency in defining KPIs, predictive modeling, descriptive statistics, and customer segmentation.

      • Ability to tell compelling stories using data and clearly link them to business outcomes.

    • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and quantitative thinking.

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
