Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the NetSuite ecosystem, with a preference for experience in functional consulting or roles related to financial systems implementation.
- Client Interaction: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills tailored to understanding and addressing client needs.
- NetSuite Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Oracle NetSuite platform, including its financial management, CRM, and ERP modules.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Financial Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and logical structuring of financial processes within NetSuite.
- Analytical Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to addressing complex issues.
- Sales Acumen: Experience or background in sales is a plus, with the ability to leverage this experience to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions and driving client success.
- Curiosity and Innovation: An inquisitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving within the NetSuite environment.
