Salary: $171000 - $208000

As a ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to design and deploy scalable ML solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of ML models and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and clean large datasets for analysis
Work closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
Identify and resolve technical issues and optimize the performance of ML algorithms
Develop and maintain documentation for all ML models and algorithms
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and recommend new technologies and techniques for improving our ML capabilities

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ML Engineer or in a similar role
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
In-depth knowledge of statistics, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
Familiarity with database systems and data manipulation techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning
